Automation tools like Microsoft's Power Platform can streamline workflows by initiating sequences of actions which remove repetitive tasks that are performed by humans. From data transfers to complex processes across different systems, it’s a powerful ally for enhancing productivity and efficiency.
AI & Machine Learning
When you move away from Generative AI into wider AI and ML, the picture changes. These systems learn from data, and can unlock valuable information. They can adapt and make decisions based on that information. Components including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision and can be a real game changer.
Process & Task Mining
Process Mining involves analysing end-to-end business processes based on IT system event log data and aims to discover, validate and improve workflows. By combining data engineering, process automation, and business change, organizations can identify trends, patterns, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in their processes. Process Mining provides a data-driven approach to process optimisation allowing for resources to be allocated objectively. Task Mining is similar, but performed at a user level.
