As we move further in to the change in communications we need to keep an eye on legal perspectives and risk.
Email compliance has been around in force for many years, IM compliance is also gaining momentum too, but what about video compliance? Those of you who know me and my take on things will be aware that I am sure that video will replace audio and email over the coming years and, more likely, decades. With this will come video compliance.
There are already companies out there, like Verba, who can offer video recording for Lync. Just make sure you keep this in mind over the coming months and years so your solutions are well prepared for the future.
